What is Customer Experience (CX)

Customer experience is the interaction between a corporation and its customers throughout the duration of their relationship. The relationship sometimes begins with a phone call,  continues while the customer uses their products and services,  and can solidify during times of trouble for the customer.

But the relationship  can also end with a phone call, end after using products and services, and end during times of trouble for the customer.

The relationship can be rational, irrational, emotional, practical, physical, and spiritual.

And above all, high quality customer experience is crucial to building or maintaining brands, businesses, and legacies.
