Trouble getting things to work?
Ah, bummer! Here are a few things you can do:
- Take a look at our support forums and search our knowledge base for pre-existing solutions to issues. If you can’t find an answer to your query, just raise a new ticket and we’ll get right back to you. Additionally, the support portal also has announcements that keep you informed of new releases regarding our platform and services.
- You can also engage in a live conversation with our team anytime during the Singapore Business Hours (GMT +8) using the chat window on the bottom of the page.
- Checkout the Issues section of the project you’re using and see if there’s already an issue on file.
- While our support forums and ticketing system are the fastest way to get help our team also keeps an eye on stackoverflow.com to help answer any questions on our products. Simply tag with the product name (
#skylink) and we’ll find you.
Found bugs or issues?
We try hard to make sure the projects are bug free. However, WebRTC is evolving quickly and once in a while we miss something.
In the event you encounter something that is causing you issues or seems broken, please let us know so that we make sure that it gets fixed. The best place to do this is via our support forums for issues that impact a wide audience or via our ticketing system for issues related to your specific use case.
We also keep track of issues raised in GitHub for projects represented there.
We publish some our projects here as open-source. If you have come across an error and have fixed it or would like to contribute back, we’re always open to contributions. The best way to do this is by using Github pull requests for projects represented there or by opening a support ticket or making a support forum post for those that are not. Please keep in mind that while we’d love to accommodate every request, we can’t accept every contribution.
