Appian APAC Conference 2018

Temasys Communications, which announced a partnership with Appian to power the Intelligent Contact Center in April 2018 , was invited to present at the Appian APAC Conference 2018 on the 31st of October at the Pan Pacific Melbourne Convention Centre.

Appian APAC Conference connects Appian customers and partners from across the APAC region to share their expertise, engage in peer-to-peer learning and discover how to fast-track their digital transformation initiatives.

This year’s edition saw both business and technical attendees providing best practices, customer case studies, and industry insights. It was also an opportunity for attendees to meet and network with Appian experts, be inspired by customer success stories and ignite digital transformation projects to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Appian’s integration with Temasys Skylink technology has made it effortless for Appian customers to add chat, voice, video, and co-browsing to their applications, enabling users to visit a website, begin a chat session that seamlessly escalates to a voice or video call and extend to co-browsing — all without changing apps or establishing a new connection.

The presentation by Nathaniel Currier,  Director of Solutions at Temasys explored the possibilities of using real-time interaction to increase process efficiency, drive task completion, and increase overall employee and customer satisfaction. It also walked attendees through the several out of the box use-cases available immediately on the Appian Platform, underscoring the swiftness with which a digital transformation initiative could be executed and customer engagements reimagined.
